The heads are cut out via a CNC Router then toasted to the desired level before being sanded to size

These barrels are made from oak sources from cooperages that has been weathered to remove and modify the wood tannins

Available in either Premium Pine or Plywood

The barrels have a lower surface area that the spirits are in contact with compared to a full wood mini barrel so there is less chance of over oaking the product
